<p><strong><span data-contrast="none">Overview of the Role</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>

<li><span data-contrast="none">The Sales Execution Manager position is an integral part of the team, providing support to Sales and Sales Operations with the necessary tools and insights to help manage our clients’ businesses. In this role, the team member is expected to take the lead on completing retailer and distributor paperwork, promotional forms, and complete assigned data entry tasks. The Specialist is also responsible for collection of sales reports from various sources, including but not limited to, distributors, and retailers. This position plays a key part in helping to execute daily tasks that maintain the various ongoing sales support processes that are in place.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Location: Remote, if local to Chicago will observe a hybrid schedule in office 3 days .</span></li>

<li><span data-contrast="none">Own and drive revenue growth; identify all opportunities to win national distributor business</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Play a leading role in planning and strategy to achieve the client’s sales and profit goals</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Master Distributor web portals analyzing inventory, item and sales data to grow Client profitability</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Guide clients through the total distribution process; including pricing and promotional strategy, new item introductions, logistics and supply chain, deduction management</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Coordinate and prepare clients for top-to-top meetings and category business reviews with distributor partners</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Direct clients and personnel through the planning, preparation, and execution of distributors’ trade shows</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Assume responsibility in selling the mission, vision, and direction of the organization to current and potential new clients</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Analyze syndicated data and be able to tell a story from the data</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Potential travel for 2-3 shows per year, particularly distributor shows</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>

<p><strong><span data-contrast="none">What You Should Bring to the Table</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>

<li><span data-contrast="none">Minimum of 3 years in Consumer Product Goods</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Must have experience with distributor paperwork, set-up, and processes – primarily KeHE and/or UNFI </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint proficiency </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to respond and adapt to new challenges</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
