We represent top brands in many categories such as confection, snack, grocery, beverage, frozen, dairy etc.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Overview of the Role</strong></p> <ul> <li>The Retail Merchandiser will properly manage their assigned territory by completing store visits, surveys, and tasks. They will have the ability to take pictures and complete reporting requirements with provided technology. This position will require light merchandising and the ability to bend and lift 25 pounds.&nbsp;</li> <li>Location: San Mateo, CA</li> <li>This position is part time 12-15 hours per week</li> <li>Compensation: $20.00 / hour</li> <li>You will be responsible for selling, merchandising, gaining/maintaining distribution within a variety of accounts.</li> <li>Utilize technology to complete work efficiently.</li> <li>You must be able to lift, bend/stoop for extended periods of time.</li> <li>This is a position where you work independently, follow direction, and have excellent communication skills.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You’ll Do at C.A. <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Carlin</span></strong></p> <ul> <li>Retail work will entail (but not limited to) ordering&nbsp;product, working product to shelves from new orders, etc.  &nbsp;</li> <li>Conduct audits and very light merchandising in area grocery stores</li> <li>Drive to various retail locations</li> <li>Verify that our clients' products are accurately represented on store shelves</li> <li>Report findings and data to management thru downloaded app</li> <li>Maintain&nbsp;a safe working environment while working in the&nbsp;stores&nbsp;</li> <li>Adhere to attendance and dress code guidelines&nbsp;</li> <li>Must be able to perform physical activities, i.e., frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, lifting, etc. Must be able to&nbsp;lift up&nbsp;to 25&nbsp;pounds&nbsp;</li> <li>Comply with&nbsp;any&nbsp;additional&nbsp;guidelines&nbsp;established&nbsp;by the Store Team&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You Should Bring to the Table</strong></p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma</li> <li>Reliable transportation</li> <li>Valid Driver License</li> <li>Proof of Automobile insurance</li> <li>Reliable phone service and internet service for daily communication.</li> <li>Required to drive to stores in assigned territory to complete retail task &amp; audits at local grocery retailer.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Perks</strong></p> <ul> <li>Paid drive time</li> <li>Company gas card provided</li> <li>Car stipend provided</li> <li>Flexible monthly schedule</li> </ul> <p><strong>Come As You Are</strong></p> <p>C.A. is committed to making our company more inclusive.
