Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for handling the comprehensive management of the local industrial park, including coordinating and resolving issues related to accommodation, catering, transportation, office affairs and commuter shuttle services.
Coordinate the establishment of the comprehensive management committee team of the local industrial park, clarify the responsibilities of each executive member and implement the dual-management structure of the park.
Coordinate and resolve daily cultural and sports matters, employee opinions, etc.
Organize and plan employee care activities and carry out promotional work.
Responsible for the specific reception arrangements related to battery business, such as arranging visits (for customers, senior management and planning itineraries).
Liaise with other business divisions, the group and other relevant departments.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree (Administrative management-related majors are preferred).
Good proficiency in English
Proficient in using of MS office software
Good communication, coordination and organization skills
Ability to multitask
Nice-to-have:
Chinese language knowledge
2+ years of experience in administrative comprehensive work
