About Logistics Department
The Logistics Department manages the inbound, storage, and distribution of all passenger vehicles across Europe. In the Compound Operations function, the department ensures smooth daily coordination with European compounds, accurate stock handling, PDI/repair readiness, and compliant operational documentation. This role is essential to maintaining efficient vehicle flow, cost compliance, and overall delivery performance.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Third-Party Compound & Supplier Performance Management
- Act as regional owner for assigned compounds, PDI and repair suppliers.
- Monitor operational performance and ensure compliance with KPIs.
- Drive corrective action plans.
2. NSC Logistics Performance Governance
- Evaluate and score NSC logistics teams.
- Define and track standardized KPIs.
- Prepare performance scorecards.
3. Regional Logistics Platform & Network Development
- Support new NSCs in setting up logistics operations.
- Standardize reporting and governance processes.
4. Data Governance & Operational Control
- Ensure accuracy of stock, VIN, inbound/outbound movements.
- Reconcile data across suppliers and systems.
- Support audits and stock-takes.
5. Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement
- Drive efficiency through standardization and benchmarking.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related studies.
Up to 2 years of experience in logistics operations, compound management, automotive logistics, or stock coordination.
Strong Excel skills and good data accuracy awareness.
Excellent communication skills in English; Chinese, or other EU languages are an advantage.
Detail-oriented, structured, and able to handle deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving mindset with a hands-on attitude and strong teamwork spirit.
