Job Description-Budget Accounting

1. Execute comprehensive budget control tasks and promote the full implementation of budget management.

2. Lead forecast reviews and timely budget adjustments.

3. Ensure financial accounting is conducted legally and compliantly according to national regulations and company policies. Develop corresponding rules, implementation details, and conduct risk control within foreseeable ranges.

4. Manage the business unit's operational performance. Provide timely risk warnings and report anomalies to superiors, propose rationalization suggestions, and drive improvements.

Job Description-Cash Flow

1. Manage all financial policies and compliance procedures related to cash flow.

2. Be responsible for implementing, promoting, and supervising the company's cash flow-related financial management systems and processes to ensure closed-loop financial operations.

3. Manage business unit cash flow, including accounts receivable and subsidy-related accounting processing, reconciliation, and analysis. Provide timely risk warnings and promote improvement actions.

4. Oversee cash flow forecasting for the business unit and follow up on variance analysis.

5. Collaborate with finance team members to represent and supervise the output of cash flow-related financial reports and risk management across various countries.

6. Propose improvement recommendations to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and cost reduction.

Financial Specialist-Investment/Asset

1. Manage all financial policies and compliance procedures related to investment.

2. Lead investment management for the business unit, drive investment initiatives, conduct process control, provide timely warnings, supervise, and review investment outcomes to form closed-loop management.

3. Perform specialized analysis and control of business unit assets to promote cost reduction and efficiency enhancement.

4. Execute comprehensive investment budget control and promote the full implementation of budget management.

5. Lead asset inventory counts.

Job Requirements

• One of the related experience mentioned above

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or Accounting.

2. 5+ years of work experience in finance roles.

3. Proficiency in English as working languages, Chinese is a plus.

4. Advanced MS Excel skills (spreadsheet creation and financial functions).

5. Demonstrated outstanding work experience in one or more of the following areas, such as cash flow & accounts receivable, asset & investment management, budget system development, expense control.

6. Experience in automotive companies is preferred.

7. Ability to withstand strong work pressure, with excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

8. Detail-oriented, skilled in analyzing large datasets.
