What You’ll Be Doing

• Responsible for leading the processing and maintenance of DMS spare parts system master data and DMS system optimization, ensuring that DMS system data is normal and system functions are optimized.

• Leading the collection and processing of customer emails, TIS, ticketing system feedback on spare parts support requirements, and real-time processing of closed loops;

• Monitoring the delivery time of spare parts in overseas local markets, as well as KPI indicators for spare parts operation;

• Troubleshooting and handling of abnormal spare parts ordering by dealers, supporting them in placing,  managing and invoicing orders, identifying the correct products.

• Handling the deployment and execution of other spare parts related projects and policies to the dealer side, análisis and reporting.

• Close collaboration with customer care and other departments to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and with other parts, logistics and planning departments in Europe and China.

What you bring

• Strong automotive parts business background (parts, accessories and other products)

• Minimum Bachelors degree in a technical/engineering/management field of study

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role in automotive/ E-mobility within importer or OEM.

• Organized with communication skills and an understanding of differences between countries, cultures, regulations. Self-learning, the ability to discover and solve problems.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish language and English is a must.

• High-level attention to details, time management and accuracy.
