Financial Analyst (Accounting & FP&A)

The on-site Financial Analyst (Accounting & FP&A) role at Butterfly Effects is a highly visible position in the fast-growing, dynamic autism services industry. Butterfly Effects is a private equity-backed company, and this role will directly support the Director of FP&A across both accounting and finance functions.
This position will primarily support the monthly close process and core accounting activities, while also assisting with financial analysis, reporting, and supporting the company's data and business intelligence (BI) environment, including analytics and reporting initiatives. Over time, the role offers meaningful exposure to FP&A, operational analytics, and our BI platform (DOMO). This is an ideal opportunity for an entry-level or early-career professional who is detail-oriented, learns quickly, and wants to grow across both accounting and analytical disciplines.
