<p><strong>Systems Administrator (Technical Support)</strong><br><strong>£30,000 - £35,000</strong><br><strong>Bristol, England</strong><br><strong>Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm, office based role</strong></p><p>Business Show Media is looking for a Systems Administrator to support our sales and operations teams by managing core business systems, maintaining data quality, and providing day-to-day IT and systems support.</p><p>This is a hands-on, operational role ideal for someone who enjoys working with systems, data, and people - ensuring everything runs smoothly across the business. While you’ll work across a range of platforms, full training will be provided on our sales and communication tools.</p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>You’ll act as a central point of support for internal systems, helping onboard new starters, manage and enrich data, resolve technical issues, and ensure our commercial platforms are used efficiently and compliantly.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Administer and support Salesforce, including user setup and permissions</p></li><li><p>Manage and maintain business data, including spreadsheets and data enrichment</p></li><li><p>Support new starters with system access (Salesforce, Google Workspace, email, etc.)</p></li><li><p>Provide first-line IT and systems support for day-to-day technical issues</p></li><li><p>Assist with reporting, data accuracy, and system documentation</p></li><li><p>Support sales and operations teams with system-related queries</p></li></ul><p><strong>Essential Skills & Experience</strong></p><ul><li><p>Good working knowledge of Salesforce</p></li><li><p>Strong data management skills, including spreadsheets and data cleansing/enrichment</p></li><li><p>General IT support experience (user setup, troubleshooting, systems access)</p></li><li><p>High attention to detail and confidence handling sensitive data</p></li><li><p>Comfortable managing multiple systems in a fast-paced environment</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desirable (Training Provided)</strong></p><ul><li><p>8x8 phone system (or similar)</p></li><li><p>Apollo (data enrichment tools)</p></li><li><p>LinkedIn Sales Navigator</p></li><li><p>DNC management and compliance processes</p></li><li><p>Google Workspace administration</p></li><li><p>Call statistics and operational reporting</p></li><li><p>Experience in website domain management and DNS configuration</p></li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><ul><li><p>£30,000 – £35,000 salary, depending on experience</p></li><li><p>Monday to Friday role (8:30am – 5:30pm)</p></li><li><p>A fast-paced, collaborative, and fun working environment</p></li><li><p>Opportunities for global exposure and international progression over time</p></li><li><p>Training and development on key systems and platforms</p></li><li><p>A stable role with ownership of critical business systems</p></li></ul><p>If you’re systems-minded, data-driven, and enjoy being the person who keeps things running properly, we’d love to hear from you.</p><p>Please email or apply here!</p>
