Part-Time Digital Marketing Manager

Who We Are Looking For

This is a part-time role with a flexible schedule that will be partially on-site (2 meetings / week) at our beautiful office in the Dallas Design District and partially remote.  We’re looking for someone with experience leading marketing efforts for mid-sized companies or in a senior agency role, who now seeks a more flexible, part-time opportunity.

The Digital Marketing manager reports directly to the CEO and oversees all marketing at BNC.  This includes continuing to refine our marketing strategy, representing the department, managing multiple external vendors and personally executing on projects. 

Responsibilities

• Lead inbound marketing efforts including paid and organic search, social media, and technical SEO.
• Oversee branding initiatives such as graphic design, copywriting, and reputation management.
• Support sales by driving our B2B marketing strategy, sales alignment, and targeted campaigns that support sales initiatives.
• Manage internal marketing including newsletters, internal communications, and representing the marketing department to the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a marketing coordinator or manager, or agency experience with a focus on strategy, digital and social marketing.
• Experience directly managing vendors and holding them accountable for deliverables.
• A firm understanding of putting social media to work for business.
• Senior-level experience working with and managing Google Ads, Google Business Profile, and Analytics.
• Experience with content updates in WordPress.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organization and project management skills.
• Copywriting and experience writing blog posts is a plus.
• B2B marketing experience in the tech industry is a plus.
• Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus for basic things like infographics.
• Knowledge of the IT industry is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• $55 - $70 per hour and approximately 15 - 20 hours per week
• Very Flexible schedule
• Hybrid – office / remote role
