More about the role:
Burson is looking for a Designer, who will be responsible for setting the new bar design (including websites, apps, layouts, graphics, and storyboard, etc.) collaborate and oversee projects through their entire process from conception to execution, translating marketing and branding strategies into innovative and impressive campaigns that stimulate target audiences.
What you'll do:
- Develop creative designs for a variety of traditional and digital mediums, such as websites, social media, blogs, newsletters, and brochures.
- Ensure all final graphics and layouts are visually compelling and meet client brief requirements.
- Revise designs based on client or internal feedback.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, the creative team, and the account team to produce final designs and ensure timely project delivery.
- Conceptualize and execute compelling visuals that align with campaign objectives.
- Analyze design briefs to accurately identify project requirements.
- Stay informed on the latest industry trends and developments in AI and design tools.
Experience that contributes to success:
- A minimum of 1 year of design experience
- A portfolio demonstrating work produced using Generative AI
- Proficiency in design software, including Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, After effects, Figma, and Canva
- A strong team player mentality, capable of supporting the creative team in delivering high-quality work.
