Are you an HR professional with a passion for people and a knack for efficiency? We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-driven HR Executive to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment.
Oversee onboarding, documentation & maintain accurate HR records
Support employee relations, performance reviews, and conflict resolution
Assist with training programs and learning initiatives
Ensure HR processes align with UAE labor laws and internal policies
Collaborate on workforce planning and departmental coordination
👤 What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
1–3 years of Experience.
In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
Strong interpersonal, communication & problem-solving skills
Proficient in MS Office & HRIS systems
Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments
