A leading company is providing turnkey design-build solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial developments, is seeking an experienced and dedicated BIM Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position based in Doha, Qatar. As a company committed to sustainable development and innovative construction practices, we are looking for a professional who can lead our Building Information Modelling (BIM) strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing BIM processes across all projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and collaboration in line with our vision to be the undisputed leader in our sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enforce company-wide BIM standards, protocols, and workflows.
• Lead and manage the BIM process from the initial design phase through to construction and project handover.
• Oversee and mentor a team of BIM coordinators and technicians, providing guidance and professional development.
• Collaborate effectively with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of BIM on all projects.
• Conduct regular model audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Manage and coordinate clash detection and resolution processes to minimise conflicts during construction.
• Oversee the maintenance and management of BIM software, licences, and related technologies.
• Drive the adoption of new digital tools and innovative construction practices to enhance project delivery.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on BIM implementation, progress, and performance for senior management.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in BIM technology and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a BIM management role within the construction or engineering industry.
• A degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Expert proficiency in BIM authoring and coordination software, including Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• A strong understanding of international BIM standards, such as ISO 19650.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage a team and collaborate with multiple disciplines.
• Demonstrable experience in managing BIM processes on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience working in the Middle East is advantageous but not essential.
