We are seeking for an Admin Specialist manages the organization's daily administrative operations by overseeing office procedures, managing supplies and facilities, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and providing support to staff and clients. 

Required Qualifications:

Education & Credentials

  • Education Level: College Graduate

Experience

  • Years of Experience: At least 2 years
  • Preferred Industry: Any

 

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Skilled in data handling (gathering, analysis, and reporting)
  • Strong record-keeping and scheduling abilities

 

Soft Skills

  • Communication: Good command of English language (written and oral)
  • Attention to Detail: Attentive to details with good problem-solving skills
  • Coordination: Possesses coordination skills with strong organizational communication
