We are seeking a passionate, dynamic, and experienced Team Manager to join our new Riyadh store and lead our retail team in delivering the exceptional service our brand is renowned for.
About the Role:
As Team Manager, you will be a key ambassador for Burberry, inspiring your team to deliver outstanding client experiences while driving store performance across all product categories. This role requires a hands-on leader with a proven track record in luxury retail, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a passion for fashion.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing, customer-focused team

Achieve sales targets and KPIs while ensuring the highest service standards

Build and nurture long-term client relationships, enhancing brand loyalty

Act as a brand and product ambassador on the shop floor

Support training and development of team members, ensuring product knowledge and compliance standards are maintained

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to drive business growth
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in luxury retail with demonstrated success in team leadership and sales performance

Strong commercial awareness and experience working towards KPIs

Exceptional client service skills with a deep understanding of luxury customer expectations

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Genuine passion for fashion and styling with excellent product knowledge
