RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver end‑to‑end seasonal sourcing execution across assigned product categories, partnering with the Sourcing Manager to set seasonal objectives, advise vendors on calendars, unit plans and minimums, and proactively resolve sourcing challenges.

  • Partner closely with Product Development, Technical, Quality Assurance, Raw Materials, Customer Operations and local sourcing offices to ensure BOM and cost accuracy, fit approvals, timely order receipts, and seamless seasonal handover.
  • Maintain data integrity and reporting by updating PLM with vendor costs, monitoring pre‑buy versus actuals, identifying material or capacity risks, and preparing clear updates for weekly production meetings.
  • Support commercial performance by collaborating with the Sourcing Manager on pricing, margin optimisation, counter‑sourcing strategies, vendor selection and seasonal vendor performance reviews.
