How you’ll help us make health happen

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales and client management team and foster a culture of accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement.
• Set clear team performance expectations and develop annual sales plans aligned with business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key brokers and intermediaries, while expanding the broker network and identifying new partnership opportunities.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the SME and corporate portfolio.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and pricing teams to tailor propositions for the Hong Kong market.
• Mentor and develop internal talent by supporting team members in achieving their personal development goals and career progression.

Key Skills/Qualifications needed for this role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in International Private Medical Health Insurance (IPMI), health insurance or financial services.
• Proven track record in managing sales teams and achieving commercial targets.
• Strong understanding of the Hong Kong insurance market and broker landscape.
• Strategic thinking with strong execution capability.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese. Knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges and deliver effective solutions.
