About the role:    
 
Our team members are the face of Bunnings, always prepared to give it a red hot go. They provide a friendly and helpful service to everyone who walks through our doors, making sure every experience counts. Our customers are met with passionate team members ready to provide the tools and advice on a wide range of products and services to help make their D.I.Y dream a reality.  

 

Our Team Members play an important part in upholding our best service promise to our customers. Truck Drivers are responsible for delivering our customers' orders right to their site in a timely and accurate manner. A small Bunnings truck will be used, so you will need to be confident in driving, and hold a valid, current full truck drivers licence.  

What’s involved:    

As this is a Customer Service Team Member hybrid position, you will also be expected to: 

  • Have a Truck Drivers Licence and the confidence to drive a small Bunnings truck to fulfill customer deliveries   

  • Pick and pack orders for instore, online and trade customers in an efficient and timely manner  

  • Work collaboratively as part of the wider Order Management team to provide a wide range of customer service and deliveries  

  • To be able to approach, connect and confidently interact with customers in store 

  • Work as part of a supportive and inclusive team who make a difference to the community and have fun along the way.

Seeking those who can think on their feet, are organised but adaptive, and can provide friendly customer service right to our customers front door.

You’ll need:    

  • To act with integrity, be safe and do your best   

  • Truck Drivers Licence in order to fulfill customer deliveries  

  • Strong understanding of MS Office and Computer based Order Management systems 

  • Highly organised and an ability to work autonomously 

  • The availability to work flexible hours (including late nights, early mornings and weekends)
