About the role
Here’s your chance to shape wellbeing for more than 55,000 team members across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll build and lead a holistic wellbeing approach that genuinely helps our people to thrive — lifting capability, strengthening psychosocial safety, and setting the benchmark for what great looks like across retail.
In this role, you’ll guide the strategy, programs and partnerships that bring our wellbeing vision to life. You’ll also play a key part in Inspiring you to give it a red hot go — creating a culture where leaders and teams feel confident to step up, reach out and look after one another.
This role will be based in our National Support office in Burnley (Melbourne).
