About the role

Reporting to our Senior Sales Director, the National Account Manager (NAM) is ultimately responsible for managing and growing an existing book of business with some of Bullhorn's most valued customers. In this position, you will use your relationship building skills to establish and build C-Level relationships within your designated clients and use your consultative selling skills to identify and articulate the strategic, organisational, and financial goals of those clients. This role is critical to Bullhorn in that your success in maintaining and growing relationships within our existing client base directly impacts our bottom line, and the incredible customer experience you will provide supports Bullhorn's core mission.

A typical day will include...

  • Developing and executing a territory plan to maximise client retention, contract upgrades and the sales of Bullhorn products and services

  • Establishing and building C-Level relationships within designated clients

  • Identifying and articulating the strategic, organisational, and financial goals of assigned clients

  • Developing and delivering on account plans and sales campaigns for specific assigned clients

  • Working cross-functionally within Bullhorn to define and drive execution of action plans to improve and/or optimise the use of Bullhorn products and services

  • Maintaining current and accurate account information and contact information within Bullhorn CRM for all accounts that have been contacted

  • 2-3+ years of SaaS sales or Recruitment Industry experience

  • A proven track record of sales success in a B2B sales environment

  • Passion for complex, consultative sales, dealing with multiple decision makers and stakeholders

  • Strong consultative, solution selling skills and the ability to build strong business relationships at all levels
