What You'll Be Doing (Hands-On from the Start)
- Partner with managers to run the full show at rental locations—handling customers, operations, and everything in between.
- Take charge of key departments: Keep things running smoothly and make sure every area performs at its best.
- Manage fleet flow and inventory (both on the lot and in the system) to match customer demand and reservations—think strategic puzzle-solving with real impact.
- Work the counter system like a pro: Open/close rentals, modify contracts, update manifests, and keep everything accurate.
- Sell smart add-ons (extra insurance, GPS, vehicle upgrades) to boost revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Handle opening/closing routines and security like a boss.
- Tackle office tasks: Phones, supplies, copies, quick customer questions—multitasking at its finest.
- Prep reports and track daily activities to stay on top of performance.
- Solve customer issues on the spot (explaining charges, handling damage claims, giving directions) with confidence.
- Jump in to support the team across locations when needed—build that collaborative vibe.

Requirements
At least 18+ A clean driving record in the last 3 years (with some exceptions)
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
