About the Role
At Cinnabon @ Bluewater, we’re known for warm hospitality and freshly baked treats that keep guests coming back. As a Cinnabon Crew Member, you’ll play an important role in delivering great service, preparing delicious menu items, and keeping the bakery clean, organized, and welcoming.
This position is a great fit for both entry-level candidates and experienced team members. Advancement opportunities are available for individuals who show reliability, enthusiasm, and pride in their work.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve Cinnabon menu items according to brand standards
- Provide friendly, attentive guest service in a welcoming environment
- Take accurate orders and handle cash and card transactions
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures
- Keep workstations clean, stocked, and organized throughout your shift
- Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with your team
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 40 lbs
