The Sales Engineering Professional supports account teams on enterprise sales within a designated product, industry area and technology, assisting the team to guide potential clients through the BT Group's production and solution suite.
1. Follows excellence procedures and guidelines in pre-sales support for pre-qualified opportunities for all products and services across the BT group.
2. Supports in the development and delivery of technical presentations of offerings to new potential customers.
3. Participates technical working sessions to jointly architect solutions to vertical and client specific business problems leveraging the BT Group's capabilities with prospective new customers.
4. Monitors customer and partner feedback to aide product and services development.
5. Supports the review of customer pipelines and assists with deal orchestration and closing for the team.
6. Supports in the implementation of ways to improve the sales specialist engineering team's processes.
