Why this job matters

This role will provide technical consultation and domain expertise to business, CTIO and IT teams to ensure development of efficient application systems utilizing established standards, procedures and methodologies. Delivering solutions that meet customer’s requirements, including necessary technical design consultations and driving business performance, efficiency and continuous improvement within the team. . The ideal candidate will be able to identify use cases that can leverage this common data model and provide insights that can help businesses make informed decisions. They should also possess strong skills in Solution leading design, managing stakeholders, and be able to implement solutions that meet client requirements.

What you’ll be doing

  • Identifies and implements continuous improvement opportunities to enhance the various teams’ approach towards technology selection and implementation in third party job allocation
  • Accountable for all application design, technical solution architecture, development, transformation and modernization for third party job allocation
  • Reduce cost of ownership using contemporary technologies and solutions in Product Domain.
  • Use industry wide expertise and skills in a number of technological areas and domains (Java and Open Source Stacks) , and actively share with others in teams, projects and professions to create a culture of engineering excellence in the FND domain
  • Ways of Working.
  • Work with team members including Product Owners and business stakeholders, to overcome adoption challenges and ensure success; for example, to keep focus on business KPIs.

Skills

• Hands-on experience in Digital transformations including migration to cloud-native architectures

• Hands-on experience in owning, architecting, designing, and implementing Microservices in full-stack journeys with micro frontends.

• Ability to identify use cases that leverage common data models and provide insights that can help businesses make informed decisions.

• Experience in AWS and general cloud technologies

• Experience in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Deep expertise of software design patterns and distributed systems architecture

• Deep expertise in architecting and implementing containerised solutions.

• Self-learner & keeps oneself abreast of the business, technology & IT practice changes

• Interest in running POCs for new technologies, analysing considerations, establishing standards, and propagating to wider teams
