As part of our continued digital evolution, we are seeking a Dynamics 365 Functional Business Analyst Lead to help shape and drive our global ERP strategy.

In this role, you will lead a high‑performing team of Functional Business Analysts and serve as a key functional authority for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). You will guide solution design, partner with business leaders, and ensure our ERP capabilities scale globally with quality, consistency, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Practice Development

  • Lead and develop a global team of Functional Business Analysts.

  • Define standards, templates, and best practices for functional analysis.

  • Manage capacity, resource planning, and continuous skill development.

Functional Solution Ownership

  • Act as the design authority for D365 F&O business processes.

  • Drive fit/gap analysis and ensure standard‑first, scalable solutions.

  • Oversee functional governance, incident resolution, and release planning.

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand needs and translate them into clear requirements.

  • Support business cases, sizing, and prioritization of enhancements.

  • Maintain strong communication and provide executive‑ready updates.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Monitor Microsoft wave releases and lead adoption of new features.

  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve system performance.

Data & Governance

  • Partner with Data teams to define master data governance and controls.

  • Ensure data readiness for deployments and reporting.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or equivalent experience.

  • 10+ years as a Business Systems Analyst, including 5+ years with D365 F&O.

  • Experience leading global, cross‑functional teams.

  • Strong knowledge of D365 F&O modules, integrations, and solution design.

  • Familiarity with Azure services, DevOps, and enterprise‑scale ERP environments.

  • D365 certifications preferred.
