About this role
Profilo:
L’Internal Audit Expert opererà all’interno della funzione Enterprise Risk Management & Internal Audit, con il compito di garantire un adeguato presidio dei processi di controllo interno e di contribuire alla valutazione dei rischi aziendali. La risorsa supporterà la pianificazione delle attività di audit, l’esecuzione delle verifiche previste dal Piano di Audit e la redazione della relativa reportistica.
Responsabilità principali
Supportare il responsabile della funzione nella pianificazione delle attività e nella predisposizione della reportistica periodica verso il top management e gli organi di governance.
Eseguire le attività di assurance e consulenza assegnate, nel rispetto del Piano di Audit approvato dal Consiglio di Amministrazione e degli standard professionali.
Contribuire all’identificazione, analisi e valutazione dei rischi aziendali, considerando anche le interrelazioni con le tematiche di sostenibilità.
Redigere report di audit chiari e dettagliati, presentare i risultati al management e monitorare l’implementazione delle azioni correttive concordate.
Collaborare con consulenti e fornitori esterni in logica di co-sourcing e supervisionare eventuali incarichi in out-sourcing.
Requisiti minimi
Il/la candidato/a ideale è in possesso di una laurea in discipline economiche o giuridiche e ha maturato un’esperienza in ambito risk management, auditing e/o nella gestione di programmi di compliance. Possiede una solida conoscenza dei principali framework di gestione dei rischi e dei sistemi di controllo interno, nonché competenze approfondite in materie quali ICOFR (SOX, L. 262/2005), AML, anticorruzione, compliance ex D.lgs. 231/2001, ITGC, cybersecurity ed ESG (con particolare riferimento a CSRD ed ESRS). La conoscenza di linguaggi di programmazione e/o programmi di data analytics sarà considerata un plus.
È richiesta inoltre un’ottima padronanza della lingua inglese, unitamente a una conoscenza avanzata del pacchetto Office. Completano il profilo la disponibilità a effettuare trasferte sul territorio nazionale e internazionale e una spiccata attitudine al lavoro in contesti dinamici e strutturati.

What you'll do
- The Internal Audit Expert will support the planning of audit activities, execute audits as per the approved Audit Plan, and prepare related reports. They will also contribute to risk assessment and collaborate with external consultants.
