The Field Service Engineer / Specialist will provide on-site and remote technical support for the maintenance, installation and training of instruments managed by the AXS Business Unit.
This role combines hands-on service with customer interaction, ensuring high-quality technical assistance and customer satisfaction through timely problem resolution and collaboration with internal teams.
Skills and knowledge requirements
• Bachelor’s degree, Tecnologist or Technical in Electrical, Electronic, Mecatronic Engineering, Chemical/Material Sciences, equivalent military education.• More than 2 years experience in customer service.• Strong competency with complex systems technology to include electrical/electronics, mechanics, software and chemistry technology.• Skills to analyse failures and perform troubleshooting• Work under pressure• Willing to travel approximately 80% of the time
