Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten

• Be part of our internal IT team leading the corporation to the next generation SAP ERP system: S/4HANA.
• Design, evaluate and implement technical integration concepts in a hybrid SAP system landscape as well non-SAP on-premise and cloud applications
• Deal with several SAP systems and cloud/multi-cloud applications such as SAP IAS, SAP Cloud Integration, SAP Business Technology Platform, Salesforce, SAP Analytics Cloud, xFlow applications, SAP ECTR, Kinexon, SAP Cloud Connector
• Advise and support the rollout and further development of new technologies like for example SAP Cloud ALM, further SAP BTP applications
• Supporting the system operation of the global support team as well as optimizing existing tools and applications
• Support and improve existing business processes by resolving support tickets (incidents, service request and change requests) and contribute to process improvement & harmonization.
• Possibility to become the person responsible and main technical contact person for selected applications such as SAP archiving system and Data Management Systems and more.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years experience and hands-on in SAP technical integration configuration like IDoc configuration, distribution model configuration, certificate handling, web service configuration, error analysis and issue for technical integration scenarios

• 2+ years professional experience with SAP Cloud Integration implementation, upgrades, support & operations

• Solid technical understanding of architecture and common interface technologies

• Hands-on experience with SAP interfaces or tools such as ALE/IDoc, RFC/BAPIs, SOAP Web Services, REST APIs, SAP Java Connector, SAP Cloud Connector, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP S/4HANA

• Practical experience with the integration of document management systems, archiving systems, CAD systems or xSuite applications

• Knowledge in technology standards, system architecture principles and guidelines

• Ability to visualize complex issues and system landscapes

• Project experience

• Strong social and communication skills

• Excellent English, German language is a plus
