Für unseren Standort Karlsruhe suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen
CNC-Fräser (m/w/d) 4- und 5-Achs im Bereich Fräsen für Produktion mechanischen Fertigung
In der mechanischen Fertigung der Bruker AXS am Standort Karlsruhe werden komplexe Bauteile aus verschiedenen Materialien an CNC-gesteuerten Werkzeugmaschinen größtenteils für die am selben Standort hergestellten Röntgenanalysegeräte hergestellt.
Responsibilities
Ihre Aufgaben
- Einrichtung der Fräsmaschinen (4- und 5 Achs-Fräsmaschinen)
- Aufrüstung der Maschinen mit Betriebsmitteln
- Passgenaues Vorrichten der Werkzeuge
- Einfahren der Programme
- Programmänderungen an der Maschine oder am Leitrechner
- Durchführung von Programm- und Werkzeugkorrekturen
- Sicherstellen einer optimalen Fertigungsqualität
- Planung und Betreuung von Wartungsarbeiten
Qualifications
Ihr Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Industriemechaniker oder vergleichbar
- Praktische Berufserfahrung mit CNC-Steuerung von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse mit Siemens Steuerung (ShopMill ist von Vorteil)
- Selbständiger und zielgerichteter Arbeitsstil
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Gute Teamfähigkeit
