Your new adventure
As Supplier Quality Coordinator, you will develop and manage strategic supplier relationships across all procurement categories. You will ensure the availability of qualified, competitive suppliers globally, drive standardization and harmonization initiatives, and support sustainable, compliant, and performance-driven supplier management throughout the entire supplier lifecycle.
Ensure the availability of qualified and competitive suppliers across all procurement categories.
Act as a subject matter expert on supplier profiles, capabilities, and sourcing options.
Drive global standardization and harmonization initiatives within the supplier base.
Support make-or-buy decisions and supplier selection in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Manage the end-to-end supplier lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, system integration, and phase-out.
Maintain governance and data integrity of supplier master data in ERP and supplier management systems.
Monitor supplier performance, identify risks, and escalate performance or compliance issues.
Conduct supplier capability assessments, audits, and compliance reviews.
Support supplier development initiatives in collaboration with buyers and quality teams.
Your skills and experiences
University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in supplier management, procurement, or supply chain roles.
Experience working with ERP and supplier management systems (e.g. SAP, Ariba).
Solid understanding of global supplier markets and supply chain dynamics.
Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and supplier performance dashboards.
Ability to work effectively across cultures and cross-functional teams.
Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style with a strong stakeholder focus.
We offer
You will be offered an exciting position in an international company with many interesting benefits and diverse development opportunities. The minimum salary for this position is EUR 60.962,3 gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer an attractive and performance-related salary with corresponding overpayment.
