
POSITION OBJECTIVE
Leader on assembly/manufacturing lines, ensure and lead service departments to achieve company objectives through strategy and teamwork
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead, assure, and maintain an environment in compliance with the Health and Safety standards.
Responsible to generate and follow up Risk Assessment and lead Risk mitigation.
Responsible of secure the indicators by means of the BSC (Qro) SMR (Jrz).
Responsible of Meet Index Rates objectives and generate contention and solution.
Responsible of the compliance of safety rules.
Responsible of Gemba’s and 5S'S audit
Accountable to generate a Safety environment promoting best safety practices.
Responsible of assure that all Safety procedures are follow on his/her areas.
Generate and maintain a work environment consistent with the BRP culture.
Responsible to apply the internal work regulations and/or policies.
Responsible to take actions in order to meet the target for turnover Absenteeism and HI.
Responsible for his/her team participation on all trainings assigned for their development as well as to give proper follow up during the process
Responsible for the PMP and PDP processes for his/her team when applies
Responsible to generate a work environment based on trust, respect and teamwork
Responsible to keep his team motivated
Become a constant promoter of BRP Values
Responsible of Payroll
KPI management and implement the appropriate action plan when necessary.
Responsible to know the participation and impact on the area KPI's, specifically coming from his/her team performance.
Responsible to lead or assign the proper PSP whenever a KPI objective is not met.
Responsible to communicate with his team the results of the area
Provide, ensure, and maintain the quality standard.

Manage the budget, looking for the efficiency of resources.
Accountable to follow Direct Labor Manpower and responsible of distribute on their areas respecting line balance.
Responsible of Overtime management and well use.
Responsible of Tool Crib expenses according to budget.
Responsible of follow the SCRAP procedure.
Follow BRP values and behaviors.
Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics.
Enforce Quality BRP policy.
CFC Area
Keep the productivity level of today, during the ramp-up phase and improve it furthermore for establishing one of the composites fabrication center within BRP.
Support the operation not limited to Molding and Secondary Operations, retrofit, Logistics, Maintenance, Quality, Planning and CEC teams and get the knowledge.
Manage day to day Molding and Secondary Operations activities in according to current work scheme like, line planning, set-up's, production schedule attainment, equipment repair, pieces repair, inventory.
Leads continuous improvement by using BRPMS.
PWC Area
Keep the productivity level and encourage his/her team to improve it on the day to day. Manage and suport the Production Manager to make the right decisions in topics like Ramp Up planning, ODC adminsitration, DL Hiring Plan, etc.
Develop and maintain a good networking and comunication with all the areas that support the production area, in order to:
Implement the strategies that the company and the plant is asking.
Create good coordination and team work for problem solving situations on the day to day.
Been a key element for workshops required and NPD requirements.
Leads continuous improvement by using BRPMS.
Been a role leader in H&S and Quality Governances.
Engines Area
Positive leadership

English advanced (Min. 80%) written specially
French or german is an advantage.
