Schnittstelle zur externen Buchhaltung (Reporting, Rechnungskontrolle, Mahnwesen)
Zusammenarbeit mit der Konzernfinanz
Begleitung des Bestellwesen
Koordination Gebäudemanagement
Kontaktperson zu Lieferanten
Organisation diverser Büroagenden (Logistik, Büromaterial, Fuhrpark)
Ihre Erfahrungen und Fähigkeiten
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung inkl. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung
Solides Basiswissen in Buchhaltung und Kostenrechnung
Erste Erfahrungen mit UGB und IFRS von Vorteil
Hohe Technikaffinität
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Proaktive, strukturierte und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit hoher Flexibilität

Das Mindestgehalt richtet sich nach dem Kollektivvertrag der außeruniversitären Forschung und beginnt bei EUR 37.534,00 brutto/ Jahr. Selbstverständlich hängt Ihr tatsächliches Gehalt von Ihrer Qualifikation und Erfahrung ab.

What you'll do
- The role involves interfacing with external accounting, managing order processes, and coordinating building management. Additionally, the coordinator will handle various office logistics and supplier communications.
