About this role

We are looking for a Manager – Dealer Service Capabilities who will report to the Director of Service Strategy, and who will be responsible for empowering our dealer network to deliver exceptional service experiences. In this role, you’ll shape and scale tools, programs and processes that drive technician efficiency, service profitability, and customer satisfaction across our global powersports dealer network.
