
POSITION OBJECTIVE:
Develop a strong strategy to launch a new production system with an Industrial Engineering approach
Support Industrial Engineering department on a day-to-day customer’s requirements
Lay out modification in sync with the project’s requirements
Visual aids update for new production system
Line balancing analysis to improve VA/NVA operations
Project follow-up with main stakeholders
Timeline creation for introduction of new production system
Update ISO standards related to project
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create a follow-up plan with the tasks to complete during the preparation, execution, and validation of the launch.
Ensure compliance with the proposed project layout.
Maintain communication with our main client (production) regarding updates to the execution plan.
Generate a standard configuration process for the PCS system.
Create and manage a documentation folder according to the documented process standard.
Update internal procedures in the quality management system.
Train operational staff on the relevant changes in the new system.
Generate the necessary visual aids to facilitate the migration to the new system.
