Your new adventure

  • Leading and developing an experienced Supplier Quality Team
  • Responsibility for the quality of our purchased parts and ensuring delivery quality for various product groups
  • Planning and conducting product, process, and system audits of our supplier base
  • Supporting the team in handling complaints with our suppliers (creation, tracking, evaluation, closure, and effectiveness review)
  • Cross-departmental collaboration with our teams in purchasing, R&D, manufacturing, and assembly, as well as international collaboration with suppliers
  • Supplier development from A to Z - containing supplier evaluation, further development of existing suppliers, supplier training, among other things
     

Your experienceand skills

  • Completed technical degree (university of applied sciences, university) and several years of professional experience in quality management and supplier quality
  • Technical understanding and experience with manufacturing processes – ideally for engines or engine components
  • Comprehensive knowledge of quality management (including relevant processes), supplier quality, and claim management
  • Experience with audits
  • Ideally, initial leadership experience
  • A highly communicative team player (m/f/d) with initiative, resilience, and a strong commitment
  • Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20%), intercultural competence, and excellent written and spoken German and English skills

 

We offer
You will receive an exciting position in an international company with many interesting benefits. The minimum salary for this position is EUR  60,962.30 gross/year according to the very attractive collective agreement of the metal industry. An overpayment is possible, depending on your qualifications and experience.
