SECTION I: GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Will be directly responsible for the productivity of the production line by coordinating activities with the services department and effectively managing any emergency that arises. Responsible for achieving production goals successfully.
SECTION II: EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
● 3–5 years of experience in a similar position.
SECTION III: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS
● Self-driven.
● Highly goal-oriented and focused on company objectives.
● Strong technical skills.
● Teamwork-oriented.
● Strong communication and coordination skills.
● Bilingual (90%) – English/Spanish.

SECTION IV: MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
● Coordinate Production Supervisors.
● Maintain operations, equipment, and production scheduling.
● Develop and coordinate quality control to reduce and/or eliminate quality issues.
● Ensure effective communication between clients and service departments.
● Achieve production targets.
● Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
● Carry out activities related to health and safety.
● Participate in compliance with the QMS (Quality Management System) established for the position in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.
● Comply with safety rules as determined according to job responsibilities.
● Complete all planned training related to Quality and Development on time.
● Identify and report any issues related to quality and compliance and support corrective actions

What you'll do
- The General Production Supervisor will coordinate production supervisors and maintain operations, equipment, and production scheduling. They will also develop quality control measures and ensure effective communication between clients and service departments.
