About this role

Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic FP&A Finance Manager to lead financial
planning and analysis activities for our highperforming manufacturing organization. This
leader will own forecasting, budgeting, performance reporting, and strategic analysis
across multiple manufacturing sites. The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of
operational finance knowledge, business partnership, and the ability to drive insights
that improve cost performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis
Lead the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long term financial planning for
manufacturing operations.
Consolidate financial results across sites, providing meaningful variance analysis
and actionable insights.
Develop financial models that support strategic investments, capacity planning,
scenario analysis, and costreduction initiatives.
Support product costing impacts and manufacturing KPI performance.
Operations & Business Partnership
Serve as the strategic finance partner to Plant Managers.
Translate operational data into clear financial implications to support
decisionmaking.
Challenge assumptions, provide forwardlooking guidance, and influence actions
that improve financial results.
Build deep understanding of manufacturing processes, cost drivers, and
constraints.
Team Leadership
Lead, coach, and develop a strong FP&A team supporting manufacturing
operations.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and
collaboration.
Strengthen analytical capability, standardization, and knowledge-sharing across
the finance team.
Performance Management & Reporting
Drive monthly reporting cycles, operating metrics, and cost performance results.
Enhance dashboards, scorecards, and analytical tools for operations and finance
leadership.
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and efficiency in all financial reporting processes.
Ensure we are compliant to SOX regulation, highly focus on Inventories and
Capex but also all BRP internal policies
Strategic & Continuous Improvement Initiatives
Partner with cross-functional teams on productivity projects, capacity
expansions, and operational excellence initiatives.
Identify and quantify opportunities to improve cost, throughput, and working
capital performance.
Streamline FP&A processes to reduce manual work and improve insight
generation.
Introduce or enhance financial tools, dashboards, and system capabilities.

Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
5 to 10 years of progressive experience in FP&A or operations finance.
Solid understanding of manufacturing finance, standard costing, and operations
metrics.
Demonstrated experience leading teams or mentoring analysts.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

Proven ability to partner with and influence operational leaders.
Preferred
MBA, CPA, CMA, or other advanced financial designation.
Experience with cost accounting, supply chain finance, or multi-site
manufacturing environments.
ERP and BI system experience (SAP, Power BI, etc.).
Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
