Change Management Expert (m/f/d)

As an Experienced Designer (m/f/d) , you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating bills of materials (BOMs) across all product lines. You will play a key role in managing aircraft BOM configurations, implementing approved engineering changes, and supporting the transition of BOM structures from SAP to Windchill. Your work will directly contribute to data accuracy, process stability, and efficient change management within BRP.
Your responsibilities
Create and maintain bills of materials (BOMs) for all product lines (BRP & RPS).
Manage aircraft BOM configurations in coordination with internal and external partners.
Implement approved engineering change requests, including drawing changes.
Support projects related to the transition of BOM structures from SAP to Windchill.
Communicate and coordinate with internal and external departments (e.g. Gunskirchen, Querétaro).
Ensure accurate configuration and documentation of product structures.
Continuously improve the NPCM (New Product Change Management) process.
Support cross-functional teams in change implementation and project execution.
Your profile & personal strengths
Completed technical education (HTL or comparable technical background).
3–5 years of professional experience in engineering, change management, or product data management.
Experience as a design engineer using Creo and Windchill.
Basic knowledge of SAP, particularly BOM creation and maintenance.
Experience in project execution and cross-functional coordination.
Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable working style.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in international environments.
We offer
You will be offered an exciting position in an international company with many interesting benefits and diverse development opportunities. The minimum salary for this position is EUR 47.546,94 gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer an attractive and performance-related salary with corresponding overpayment.
