Axia Advisors is seeking a seasoned relationship manager to oversee and enhance client relationships within the healthcare industry. As the primary liaison for our payor, health plan, and provider customers you will deliver exceptional service, ensuring that project deliverables are precisely aligned with client objectives and needs.  In this role, you will take a proactive approach to drive project success, facilitate seamless communication across internal and external teams, and maintain a deep understanding of the client’s scope of work (SOW), milestones, and key deliverables.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

  • Client Relationship Management: Build trust, rapport, and a deep understanding of client project needs and deliverables while serving as a liaison and internal advocate for clients.
  • Scope and Deliverables Development and Management:  Prepare written statement of work (SOW) requirements and manage project deliverables from inception to completion.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Ensure exceptional service delivery through personal efforts and guiding project team members.
  • Strategic Client Support: Provide proactive, personalized, and strategic support to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Prepare and lead internal and external meetings with key stakeholders to align objectives and expectations.
  • Record Maintenance: Collaborate with associates to maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of client interactions, milestones, issues, and deliverables.
  • Process Standardization: Ensure consistent execution of tools, communication protocols, and project processes.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze project workflows, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions, including managing escalations as needed.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct reviews to ensure deliverables align with client goals and project requirements.
  • Multitasking and Data Analysis: Manage multiple projects, analyze data, and disseminate findings to relevant departments.
  • Timely Deliverables: Ensure project deliverables are met with clear and timely communication, in collaboration with colleagues.
  • Industry Knowledge: Utilize advanced analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of the marketplace and healthcare industry to build strong client relationships and develop effective, informed project strategies.
  • Goal Evaluation and Adjustment: Collaborate with the executive sponsor and project manager to evaluate progress and refine goals as necessary.
  • Business Development: Identify additional client engagement opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Extensive Healthcare Expertise: Over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including managed care and commercial benefit sectors.
  • Client Relationship Management: Proficient in managing complex client relationships and addressing multifaceted project needs.
  • SOW Development: Skilled in creating comprehensive Statements of Work (SOW) to align with client objectives and project deliverables.
  • Strategic Business Planning: Experienced in developing and executing business plans to support and exceed project goals.
  • Executive Communication: Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communication, including presentations to high-level executives and leadership at all organizational levels.

Pay Range

$200,000 - $300,000 Annual

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
