<p data-start="268" data-end="593"><span class="hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline"><span class="whitespace-normal">Brooklinen</span></span> is looking for a Senior Designer to join our Design team at an exciting moment of evolution. After building a strong foundation over our first decade, we’re expanding and diversifying our assortment — introducing more elevated color, pattern, texture, and layering across Bed & Bath.</p>
<p data-start="595" data-end="1010">This role is ideal for a designer who loves both creative exploration and hands-on execution. You’ll work closely with a small, highly collaborative team — including our SVP of Design and Senior Color Designer — and play an active role across the full design lifecycle. We’re especially excited about designers who bring fresh perspectives from adjacent categories and enjoy approaching home through new lenses.</p>
<h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3>
<p data-start="925" data-end="948">• Design and develop bed & bath products from concept through production<br data-start="1112" data-end="1115">• Focus on color, texture, pattern, and materiality within flat textile constructions<br data-start="1200" data-end="1203">• Build and own complete tech packs, ensuring production readiness<br data-start="1269" data-end="1272">• Manage color approvals, material reviews, and technical sign-offs<br data-start="1339" data-end="1342">• Maintain clear, organized documentation in PLM systems<br data-start="1398" data-end="1401">• Collaborate closely with Product Development, Merchandising, Sourcing, and Production<br data-start="1488" data-end="1491">• Take end-to-end ownership while contributing to a one-team mindset<br data-start="1559" data-end="1562">• Adapt quickly to evolving creative direction and shifting priorities<br data-start="1632" data-end="1635">• Contribute research, references, and ideas to seasonal design conversations</p>
<h3 data-start="1567" data-end="1608">What We’re Looking For</h3>
<p>• 3–5 years of product design experience (apparel, accessories, furniture, soft goods, or adjacent categories)<br data-start="1862" data-end="1865">• Strong tech pack creation and production documentation skills<br data-start="1928" data-end="1931">• A sharp eye for color, texture, and material storytelling<br data-start="1990" data-end="1993">• Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality and follow-through<br data-start="2063" data-end="2066">• Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally<br data-start="2124" data-end="2127">• Curious, optimistic, and eager to learn and iterate<br data-start="2180" data-end="2183">• Organized, adaptable, and comfortable with change</p>
