About this role
JOB STATEMENT: Provides administrative support to Cellar Manager and Days/Swing/Grave Supervisors as well as team members as required/directed. Responsible for the tracking and physical inventory of all chemicals used in the Cellar. Must operate forklift with safety in the forefront of all actions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
· Must be able to drive all forklift; fork and squeeze
· Weigh chemicals for process orders
· Keep records of chemicals used
· Inventory Cellar chemicals weekly and monthly
· Issue Cellar tools and equipment to employees
· Type/compose general correspondence (memos, letters, notes) spreadsheets (excel)
· Data entry (access and excel)
· Organize, update and distribute departmental manuals.
· Prepare and keep department records as directed.
· Work on special projects as assigned by manager or supervisors.
· Reconcile process orders
· Filing
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education/Experience:
· High school graduate/GED
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· Microsoft Office
· Oral & written communication
· Organization
· Work Independently
· Become forklift certified
· Prioritizing and multitasking
· Work any shift (rotating), overtime and weekends
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The physical demands to successfully perform the essential duties of this job are represented below
Employee frequently required to:
· Lift up to 75 lbs.
· Use hands to grasp, feel, move, reach or assemble
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
· Limited noise level
· Indoor/outdoor climate
· All employees must be trained and familiar with Bronco Wine Company’s Injury and Illness Prevention Program.
· Report any accidents and any unsafe conditions to your supervisor immediately.
· Personal Protective Equipment Required: Side shield safety glasses, head/ear protection and proper footwear when in production facility
