Maintenance Technician

<p><strong><br></strong>We’re looking for a skilled and proactive <strong>Maintenance Technician</strong> to join our team and help us provide a safe, efficient, and well‑maintained working environment across the Bromford Flagship commercial estate in the East. Company van will be included for this role as it is mobile.</p><h4><strong>About the Role</strong></h4><p>As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll deliver a professional internal repairs and maintenance service, supporting the Facilities Team in all aspects of workplace facilities management.</p><p>You will:</p><ul><li><p>Carry out responsive internal repairs and general maintenance across the commercial estate</p></li><li><p>Attend on‑site meetings with external contractors, including induction and supervision where required</p></li><li><p>Conduct regular site inspections, identifying and resolving issues proactively</p></li><li><p>Liaise with and organise third‑party repairs when needed</p></li><li><p>Take responsibility for company‑issued transport, equipment, and devices, including participation in the out‑of‑hours on‑call rota</p></li></ul><p>This is a varied, hands‑on role that supports the wider business and helps ensure our workplaces remain safe, functional, and welcoming.</p><h4><strong>Skills &amp; Experience</strong></h4><p>We’re looking for someone who brings:</p><ul><li><p>Experience in responsive repairs and maintenance within a customer‑facing environment</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of Health &amp; Safety and the ability to uphold safe working practices</p></li><li><p>Excellent time‑management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities</p></li><li><p>Confidence using Microsoft Office and digital tools</p></li><li><p>Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team</p></li><li><p>Initiative to identify improvements and suggest better ways of working</p></li><li><p>A valid UK driving licence</p></li></ul><p>We’re committed to helping you grow.
