Delivery Lead

<p><strong><br></strong>We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a <strong>Delivery Lead</strong>. In this role, you will enable our technology teams to deliver value predictably and efficiently. You’ll act as a leader and facilitator, optimising processes, removing impediments, and shielding the team from distractions, so they can stay focused on delivery and successfully complete the agreed backlog.</p><p>As Delivery Lead, your responsibilities include managing DevOps boards for your team to ensure accuracy and visibility, completing agile reports promptly, and removing any impediments to progress. You will plan work with value delivery in mind, adapting as needed in collaboration with stakeholders. You will uphold team standards and support broader delivery requirements across the technology department.</p><p>Beyond delivery, you will champion a culture of transparency, openness, introspection, and fearless focus on value.
