Requirements / Qualifications

  • 4-8 years' Experience with Business development.
  • Market Research:  Lead (own, plan, manage, and deliver) assigned Market Research, Strategy projects, which may include collaboration and coordination with US stakeholders
  • Data Collection, Validation & Analysis: Gather quantitative and qualitative data from external sources, validate for accuracy, and analyze to derive actionable insights aligned with project objectives
  • Insight Synthesis & Storytelling: Convert raw data into clear insights, trend analyses, and recommendations using strong visualization and narrative techniques suitable for senior leadership
  • Reporting & Presentation Development: Develop structured reports, PowerPoint presentations, and executive-ready summaries ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with stakeholder expectations and timelines
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (Strategy, Product etc.) to gather inputs, refine problem statements, and communicate research findings effectively
  • Project Coordination & Timely Delivery: Manage multiple research projects simultaneously while ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and feedback incorporation
  • Quality Assurance & Source Credibility: Validate data sources, apply sound judgment in selecting secondary information, and maintain transparency in research methodologies and assumptions
  • Continuous Learning & Process Improvement: Stay updated on new research tools, frameworks, and AI/automation techniques; recommend process enhancements and contribute to capability building within the team.
