Broadridge is growing! We are seeking a Senior Client Relations Administrator to join our dynamic team in Edgewood, New York. In this role, you will be part of our Stewardship Client Services team, supporting Broadridge’s Proxy Voting and Disclosure products. You will serve as a client and product liaison, ensuring seamless delivery, operational stability, and exceptional service for our institutional stewardship clients. You will act as a relationship administrator for key clients, building trusted partnerships, coordinating with internal teams, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery. This position blends relationship management, operational oversight, and strategic problem-solving—ideal for professionals experienced in stewardship, proxy operations, or institutional client servicing.

This is a hybrid position in which you will work 2 days per week in the office, with flexibility to work remotely the rest of the week.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned clients, fostering trusted partnerships and ensuring consistent, high-quality client experience

  • Act as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams (Product, Operations, Technology, and Compliance), and external partners to ensure seamless communication and delivery

  • Proactively manage client expectations, address inquiries, and resolve escalations with professionalism and urgency

  • Oversee daily and cyclical workflows related to servicing, including data validation, reporting oversight, and production deployment coordination

  • Track and manage issues or data anomalies, ensuring timely resolution and transparent client communication

  • Coordinate UAT testing and production deployment activities across clients and internal teams to ensure accuracy and compliance

  • Maintain and enhance client runbooks for documentation, sustainability, and scalability

  • Ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy to support clients’ stewardship and regulatory obligations

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to streamline workflows and improve efficiency across Client Services, Product, and Development teams

  • Identify opportunities to enhance client solutions, strengthen product adoption, and improve operational processes
     

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in client relationship management, proxy governance, stewardship, or institutional account servicing

  • Familiarity with shareholder voting, proxy operations, or financial market operations, including filings with the SEC (Securities Exchange Commission) is plus

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); advanced Excel skills preferred

  • Self-starter with strong accountability, professionalism, and a client-first mindset
     

Hourly compensation range $32.00 - $35.00. Bonus Eligible.
