Broadridge is growing! We are actively seeking a Quality Control Coordinator for our Edgewood facility.

This is an on-site role that will be assigned to a Broadridge location where you will work 100% of the time.

This role is in our Customer Communications Division, which is a world leader in digital and mail communications. In this role, your main responsibility will be to oversee and manage accurate insertion and mailing of all Broadridge products and that all quality standards are met in the coordinator’s assigned production area.

Responsibilities:

  • Capacity for informal leadership and promoting morale within the facility.
  • Daily communication with the Supervisor/Manager regarding shift activity. Including feedback/escalation between shifts, with peers and across departments on the occurrence and resolution of quality related issues. 
  • Coordinate staffing needs and schedules with the Quality Control Supervisor, appropriate personnel, and staffing agencies.
  • Assess the training needs of the Quality Control team.  Partner with the Quality Control Supervisor to ensure that on the job training occurs in a timely manner and is documented as required.
  • Follows up on all job discrepancies and inquiries for jobs in process.  Verifying that all jobs are properly reconciled and closed in a timely manner accurately.
  • Ensure that staff understand and comply with all company guidelines and ISO standards when carrying out quality control processes.
  • May perform other as needed or assigned
     

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or greater preferred
  • 3 – 5 years of experience either in quality control, production, or in a customer-oriented environment
  • Attention to detail
  • General familiarity with a computer including MS-Outlook
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfort around higher management
  • Ability to work under pressure
     

Shift: Monday – Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Hourly Rate: $28.00 – $30.00 USD per hour depending on experience – Bonus Eligible
