We’re looking for a dynamic and driven HR Coordinator to join our team and partner closely with our team of HR Business Partners. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments, can manage multiple priorities with ease, and is passionate about enhancing the employee experience.

In this position, you’ll play a key role in shaping our workplace culture through owning critical HR metrics, driving engagement initiatives, and supporting continuous improvement efforts that positively impact our associates. You’ll have the opportunity to innovate, influence, and make meaningful contributions to how we attract, engage, and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze & Act: Own and interpret turnover metrics, enhance the exit interview process, support ad-hoc reporting needs, and provide actionable insights that guide leadership decisions.
  • Drive Engagement: Support the administrative end of the employee engagement survey process and help identify strategies that strengthen our workplace culture.
  • Partner for Success: Support HR Business Partners in talent management, career development, compensation, performance improvement, succession planning, corporate/business initiatives and preparation for monthly leadership updates and/or all hand meetings.
  • Leverage Data: Manage HR analytics and reporting with a strong focus on accuracy, insights, and compliance with audit controls.
  • Be the Go-To Resource: Respond to routine employee questions, provide guidance on HR policies, and ensure consistent application across the organization.
  • Champion Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to simplify, streamline, and enhance HR processes, recommending innovative solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Support Organizational Growth: Contribute to HR’s role in mergers & acquisitions, including due diligence, onboarding, and integration.
  • Lead with Initiative: Take ownership of projects, manage timelines and deliverables, and collaborate across teams with minimal oversight.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or minimum of 2 years related knowledge of HR policies, processes and HRIS processes.
  • Knowledge of relevant federal, state, and local HR laws and regulations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to challenges
  • The ability to flourish in a fast-paced and changing environment, in which multiple priorities need to be effectively managed.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task with attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify, drive, and participate in implementing process improvement actions.
  • Must maintain confidentiality in all departmental and organizational matters
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel is required along with solid knowledge of MS Office and Power-Point
  • Experience with HR Information Systems
  • SHRM certification preferred, though not required

Salary Range: 28.00 – 33.00 USD Hourly.
