  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to keep service messaging accurate as offerings evolve.

Video Content Coordination (Website + Social)

  • Coordinate production of short marketing videos (briefs, scheduling, approvals, publish plan).
  • Package raw footage and notes for the editor (titles, captions direction, CTA links, required blur).
  • Publish videos to the website and social channels with the correct page alignment (e.g., studios, MAM, master control).

CRM & Marketing Operations

  • Maintain lists, segmentation, and data hygiene in the CRM (HubSpot preferred).
  • Support lead routing and campaign tracking (UTMs, form submissions, lifecycle stages).
  • Assist with reporting on campaign performance and pipeline activity.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and report on marketing performance: email metrics, website traffic, campaign conversions.
  • Pull basic reports from Google Analytics and CRM dashboards and share insights with leadership.

Team Support / Coordination

  • Assist with preparing marketing materials (one-pagers, presentations, capability decks).
  • Coordinate calendars and logistics for webinars, shoots, and internal review cycles.
  • Help keep projects organized and moving (status tracking, follow-ups, approvals).

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Working knowledge of a CMS (WordPress preferred) and comfort making content edits.
  • Familiarity with a CRM (HubSpot preferred) and list/data management.
  • Strong writing, editing, and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with technical subject matter and learning new tools quickly.
  • Highly organized and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting B2B services marketing (managed services, technology services, production services).
  • Basic design skills (Canva and/or Adobe tools).
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools, UTM tracking, and simple A/B testing.
  • Experience coordinating video content (scripting support, shot lists, basic post-production workflow).
