Overview
A warm, welcoming Tel-Aviv based family seeks a fantastic infant nanny for a 1-year old baby. The parents would love to find a permanent, long-term fit and the nanny should be able to help with the 2 children aged 4-years and 1-year. A 6 day a week schedule would be the family's preference but they can be flexible around the right candidate. Some overnight help, particularly with supporting a healthy sleep routine for the baby, would be appreciated.
Responsibilities
Please note that the parents work from home and so candidates must happy to tag-team if needed, while at other times taking sole charge.
- All the usual nursery duties relating to the infant, including nappy changing, keeping her areas clean, tidy and organised, feeding etc
- Cooking, planinng meals and leading the weaning process
- Bringing a gentle, nurturing, warm and baby-led approach
- Routine setting and sleep training
- Ensuring baby hits developmental milestones, and really engaging with her general health and well-being (physical, mental and emotional)
- Engaging with the older sibling, helping with school runs and activities if required, and supporting her continuing education and development
- Regular travel (particularly to London)
Requirements
- At least 10 years of previous experience with infants
- Sterling references
- Gentle, warm and nurturing personality, with a real love for children
- Attentive and professional approach, able to slot into the family dynamic and work seamlessly alongside other staff members
- Flexible and adaptable, with a friendly, positive outlook
- Clean, tidy and super organised
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to travel, which will likely involve extra hours and some weekend help
- Excellent English
Salary and Benefits
- £70-£75,000 gross, DOE
- Accommodation provided in separate apartment in same building

What you'll do
- The nanny will be responsible for all nursery duties related to the infant, including feeding, changing, and maintaining cleanliness. Additionally, the nanny will engage with the older sibling and assist with school runs and activities as needed.
