Overview
A loving family of 3 on the Upper West Side is seeking a long-term, full-time Italian-speaking nanny. This role will either be live-in or live-out; the family is flexible for the right person. The schedule is 40 hours per week and is again flexible for the right person. They are open to this person traveling with them, but it's not required. The baby will be 6 months old, and the mother is looking to return to work; this job starts in April.
Responsibilities
- Caring for the baby (playing, dressing, diaper changes, feeding)
- Light housework, including laundry
- Light cooking and meal prep
- Engage them with activities
- Fun to help them learn and grow
- Changing baby, maintaining baby schedule,
- Helping to put kids down for naps
- Help to grocery shop or handle other family errands
Requirements
- Experience with newborn and toddlers
- Italian speaking
- Loving and nurturing
- TDap and vaccinations are up to date
Salary and Benefits
- $35/hr
- Paid vacation and sick time

What you'll do
- The nanny will be responsible for caring for a 6-month-old baby, including playing, dressing, diaper changes, and feeding. Additional duties include light housework, meal prep, and engaging the child in activities to promote learning and growth.
