Overview
A wonderful family in Manhattan is seeking a live-in weekend housekeeper. The ideal schedule will be 4pm Friday (flexibility on start time) until late Sunday afternoon/evening. The ideal hours will be Friday from 4 to 8pm, and then 8 hours on both Saturday and Sunday. The family travels to the Hamptons for 10 weeks during the Summer and will need this person to travel with them. The summer schedule will be the same. They will pay for transportation to and from.
Responsibilities
- General cleaning of the home
- Laundry
- Making beds
- Some ironing as needed
- Run through of the bathrooms daily
- Clean up and vacuum after dinner
- Take the trash out when needed
- Do whatever it takes to keep the house moving smoothly
- There will be meal prep and light cooking, such as breakfast for the kids on the weekends (think waffles, turkey bacon, oatmeal)
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will be organized, engaging, and a great cook
- This is a kind and welcoming family, and they are looking for someone personable
- The ability to swim and drive is a plus
Requirements
- Must be able to live-in from Friday to Sunday
- Must be OK with going to the Hamptons
- Must be legal to work in the US
Salary and Benefits
- DOE $40 per hour gross with a guaranteed 20 hours of work per weekend- flexible for the right person

What you'll do
